We're looking for a Lead QA Automation Engineer to support and enhance the Enterprise TruRisk Platform. In this role, you'll debug customer‑reported issues, validate fixes, and drive automation across microservices and big‑data components. You'll also mentor the sustenance QA team and help ensure smooth, high‑quality production releases.

- Debug and troubleshoot customer‑reported issues in big‑data and microservices environments
- Perform root cause analysis and deliver fixes to production
- Lead and mentor the Sustenance QA team
- Drive automation across UI, API, and backend workflows
- Build and maintain automation frameworks (Java, Selenium; Playwright is a plus)
