Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

  • Translate ambiguous requirements into scalable, well-architected solutions
  • Independently drive end-to-end feature delivery
  • Design robust microservices and distributed systems
  • Ensure high code quality, performance, and reliability

Hands-On Engineering

  • Write production-grade Python code
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate implementation
  • Contribute across:
  • Backend (Python, APIs, microservices)
  • Frontend (ReactJS / NextJS – working knowledge)
  • Database design
  • Unit testing & automation
  • Cloud infrastructure & CI/CD

Collaboration & Ownership

  • Work closely with global stakeholders
  • Maintain strong communication and risk management practices
  • Operate effectively in a high-expectation, fast-paced environment
