JOB Summary
- The Proposal Lead will be responsible for end-to-end proposal management for large EPC tenders in the oil & gas and petrochemical sectors.
- The role demands strong technical understanding, cost engineering skills, bid strategy expertise, and hands-on experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, competitive, and timely technical & commercial proposals.
- Lead complete proposal / tender lifecycle for EPC / LSTK / FEED bids including RFQ evaluation, strategy, coordination, preparation, submission, and clarifications.
- Review RFP / ITB documents, scope of work, specifications, contracts, and identify risks, deviations, deliverables, and key evaluation criteria.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, estimation, planning, finance, and legal teams for technical and commercial inputs.
