Job Description

Reporting to the BE Manager, Lead responsibility for all aspects of the Engineering Teams systems.

Working as part of a project team for a Project Manager. Lead a cross functional team to deliver systems and components to cost (BOM& Investment), weight, quality, functional and timing targets

Spanish fluency is a mandatory requirement for this role

Immediate or short-term availability to start is required

Responsibilities
  • Lead technical definition (specifications, FMEA, DVP).
  • Manage BOM, budgets, timing, and team resources.
  • Support vehicle build phases and functional development.
  • Ensure manufacturability and compliance with quality standards.
  • Work closely with Project Management and report on milestone progress.
