**Designation: Lead Programmer Analyst**
**Key Expectations**
+ Lead programming and testing of the batch system to meet client requirements
+ Own end-to-end batch delivery, including client interactions
+ Create and review analysis and test plans aligned to requirements
+ Ensure post-implementation stability and continuous system readiness
+ Drive technical excellence, quality assurance, and solution delivery
+ Provide oversight for automated production job monitoring, team to ensure prompt attention, escalation, and closure of all job failures.
+ Coach and develop team members; lead knowledge enhancement initiatives
+ Contribute to continuous improvement and client/organizational initiatives
