Lead Production Team – 4-on 4-off, Growth & Safety

Albert Bartlett is recruiting a Production Team Leader for a new chilled potato product packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire. The role covers supervising daily production activities, ensuring health and safety compliance, and delivering training to the team on processes and quality control.

You will collaborate with management to monitor metrics and drive continuous improvement. The position operates on a rolling 4 days on, 4 days off shift (06:00–18:00).
