Our client is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own and evolve their next-generation onboarding experience designed to help advisors and clients get started with confidence. This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of product strategy, customer experience, and operational excellence, with the chance to shape a critical part of our platform as we scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes from vision through execution.
  • Design and deliver onboarding experiences that drive faster customer activation, stronger adoption, and greater advisor and client confidence.
  • Lead discovery efforts with advisors, enterprise partners, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, uncover pain points, and inform product direction.
