Lead Product Engineer

We're hiring a
senior Product Builder
to lead the re-platforming of a European B2B marketplace that already works, and now needs to scale.

This role is about
rebuilding the core of a live platform
, not adding features on top of legacy decisions. You'll work closely with engineers, make real architectural calls, and help define how a two-sided marketplace operates as it moves into its next phase.

This is
not a classic PM role
. It's for someone who likes being close to the product and the code, and who's comfortable making trade-offs.

The Project:

• An existing marketplace with clear product–market fit, entering its scale phase
• A full re-platforming effort: architecture, core flows, and marketplace mechanics
• Expansion into more complex, enterprise-grade use cases
• A true two-sided platform where liquidity, onboarding, trust, and matching really matter
