Lead Product Designer - Orchestrated Planning (Hybrid Work Schedule)

Overview

We are building a unified Planning Cockpit for upstream oil & gas operators, bringing together corporate capital planning, asset development planning, economic evaluation, and scheduling into a single, orchestrated experience.

This cockpit will serve as the control center for guided workflows, cross-product insights, and agent-assisted planning across multiple systems. It is designed to unify historically siloed tools into a cohesive, decision-oriented environment.

We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of this flagship surface.

Prior oil & gas experience is not required. Candidates should demonstrate experience designing complex, workflow-driven enterprise systems that support high-impact decision-making across integrated tools.
