Job Description
Licious is seeking a Lead Product Designer , who will drive the design vision, quality, and execution across key product areas at Licious. The role will require partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Business teams to build experiences that balance customer delight, operational efficiency, and business outcomes .
This role requires strong craft, systems thinking, and the ability to lead through influence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
