Your Role

Lead Data Platform Engineer responsible for developing and deploying a next‑generation data platform that supports Neste Business Architecture, while continuously improving user experience and operational excellence. You will set technical direction, drive engineering standards, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to create scalable, high‑quality solutions.

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for internal developers and external partners, defining coding standards, conducting deep‑dive code reviews, and aligning the team on architectural decisions.
• Partner closely with Cloud, Enterprise, and Data Architects to ensure data models, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise standards are technically feasible, scalable, and optimized for performance.
