Launch Recruitment is supporting a global Financial Services organisation on the lookout for a Lead Platform Engineer to join an agile team on a on a perm basis.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Engineering Manager who can lead a small, highly skilled platform team (Infrastructure, Platform and Automation Engineers) within a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities include (yet are not limited to) - 

• Leading and developing a talented team of 3 engineers
• Owning delivery of platform and infrastructure initiatives
• Driving Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD and automation best practice
