Lead Platform Architect

About the Role

We are building a governance-first, event-sourced recruiting intelligence platform. Every action must be deterministic, auditable, and multi-tenant safe.

We are hiring a Lead Platform Architect to design and own:

• Source-of-Truth registry
• Lifecycle state machines
• Deterministic hashing and canonicalisation
• Governance rule engine
• RBAC and tenant isolation architecture
• Approval token enforcement
• Immutable audit guarantees

This is not a feature delivery role. This is a systems architecture authority role.

Responsibilities

• Design schema-first SoT Type Registry
• Implement draft → validate → commit → rollback FSM
• Build deterministic hashing & canonicalisation engine
• Architect Governance Rule Engine (PASS / REFORM / CLARIFY / BLOCK)
• Implement multi-tenant RBAC with OPA/Rego
• Define rule precedence and scope resolution
