Job Description

Position Purpose

To manage and control all CAPEX-related financial activities at the plant, including CWIP accounting, fixed asset capitalization, asset verification , and financial coordination for ongoing and upcoming projects , ensuring compliance, cost control, and timely capitalization.

Strategic Responsibilities

1. CAPEX & Project Finance Management

  • Review, track, and control plant CAPEX proposals , approvals, and budgets.
  • Monitor CAPEX utilization vs. approved budgets and highlight variances.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Procurement, and Operations teams for CAPEX execution.
  • Support financial evaluation of new projects, expansions, and modifications.
