  • Supporting technical activities during Product Introduction (PI) and Commissioning phases
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and failures
  • Providing technical guidance and support to technicians
  • Ensuring the quality of technical documentation and feedback
  • Driving issue resolution processes and reliability improvements
  • Managing as-maintained product configurations and documentation

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
  • Several years of technical experience in mechanical or electrical/electronic engineering
  • Knowledge of railway safety, reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety (RAMS) and EHS standards
  • Familiarity with data analytics and product knowledge
  • A certification in EHS, DFQ, or Quality Audit (desirable)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills and proficiency in English
