Sioux Lookout First Nations Health Authority seeks a Lead Physician Contracts to enhance regional physician services. Focused on contract management, compensation, and scheduling, this role supports 31 communities.
In this full-time permanent position, you will coordinate compensation administration, physician invoicing, and reporting requirements under the guidance of the Supervisor – Physician Contracts. Your expertise in healthcare administration and finance will ensure accuracy in service delivery and compliance. Collaborating across teams, you will play a crucial role in supporting physician recruitment and retention activities as well as managing the compensation system.
