Required Technical Skills

• Automation Tool & Framework Design

• We need someone who can architect, build, and evolve automation tooling—not simply run existing scripts. This includes framework design, maintainability, CI/CD integration, and the ability to scale automation across multiple product lines.

• Performance Testing Strategy
  – It's important that we bring in someone who understands performance testing fundamentals—load modeling, bottleneck identification, and how to incorporate performance insights into our broader QA strategy.

• Training & Upskilling Other Team Members

• The right engineer will elevate the entire QA team by mentoring others, sharing best practices, and helping establish consistent automation standard...
