About the Role & Team

We are looking for our first People Partner to combine operational excellence with strategic partnership and help build Formalize's business partnering framework from the ground up, in close collaboration with the People Director.

You will join a vibrant and collaborative People Team, working closely with People Ops, Talent Acquisition, and Organisational Development, taking ownership and driving initiatives end-to-end.
