Role Summary

The Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) provides technical, delivery, solution and engagement leadership across large-scale government Pega programs . The role is accountable for defining enterprise-grade architecture, leading Pega Constellation adaptation, and partnering with senior stakeholders to translate long-term business strategy into effective Pega solutions.

The LSA leads high-performing delivery teams, supports technical delivery across environments (dev/test/prod), defines architecture standards, and ensure high availability, performance and security of the Pega platform and its integrations.
