Lead PDI Inspector - External Bus Body (Mexico)

Daimler Truck Group, a leading global commercial vehicle manufacturer, is looking for an Inspector PDI Carrocero externo to join our bus production plant in García Nuevo León, México.

Responsibilities

• Experience handling different types of buses.
• Inspect units to detect safety, functional and interface discrepancies and document them using the checklist.
• Coordinate the repair work with production based on inspection findings.
• Verify that solutions eliminate the discrepancies before closing the case.
• Take leadership in coordinating PDI activities and make decisions when the supervisor or team leader is absent.
• Participate in the work team and monitor metrics, including interpreting graphs and using them.
• Support conservation activities for units that remain in plant stock for more than three months.
• Assist in reviewing and preparing platforms sent to Carroceros.
