Lead Payroll Specialist

*Please Read* Duration: 6 month engagement to Full time hire (CLT) this is not contract or part time. Location: Hybrid in Sao Palo Brazil 3 days a week Notice Period: Cannot be longer than 2 weeks Pay: $9.71/HR to $14.57/hr USD or R$8,000 to R$12,000 per month Regional Payroll Specialist Must Haves: • 2 years of payroll processing experience, preferably supporting European countries (Spain, France, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Switzerland) • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and platforms (Oracle HCM, ADP Celergo, Oracle Finance) • Solid understanding of country‑specific labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements across Europe • Experience processing and reviewing payroll with high accuracy and compliance • Advanced proficiency in Excel • Clear, professional communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus) • Ability to manage multiple payrolls, deadlines, and stakeholders across different regions Plusses: • Experience working with third‑party payro...
