Lead - Payroll

<p><b>Job Summary:</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to lead our payroll function for two business entities for all employee categories i.e. On-Rolls, Off-Rolls, Contractual, and Consultants.<br/><br/>The Lead - Payroll will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, maintaining accurate records, creating dashboards and driving process improvements.
