Job Description

Lead production operations, ensuring schedule compliance, inventory control, and continuous improvement of quality and workforce performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production schedule adherence and manage inventory.
• Determine capacity and resources needed to meet production plans.
• Dispatch work orders in alignment with the build plan.
• Drive workmanship and quality improvements.
• Produce product output and meet performance metrics (HPU, CT, DPPM, line item, volume, cross training, WIP accuracy, attendance).
• Manage employee attrition and retention.
• Maintain highly disciplined workforce and motivate staff to exceed performance expectations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, ESD, cleanroom, and housekeeping guidelines.
• Participate in or receive training on company initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
