About The Role

The Operations Intelligence & Analytics Lead is responsible for building and leading the Operations Intelligence function at 2X.

This role serves as the strategic owner of workforce intelligence, business intelligence, operational analytics, data governance, reporting architecture, and analytics modernization. The position enables business leaders to make better decisions through accurate data, scalable analytics solutions, forecasting models, and executive insights.

The successful candidate will transform operational reporting into a modern intelligence platform through Power BI, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, automation, and AI-enabled analytics while maintaining a deep understanding of workforce planning, capacity management, resource allocation, operational performance, and business operations.
