Lead Nurse – The Lead Nurse will provide clinical, professional and managerial leadership to nursing staff within the Urology & ENT Service, supporting the achievement of organisational and directorate objectives and quality standards.

The post holder will be a credible leader and have a consistent approach to supporting the clinical and managerial teams in the delivery and achievement of high quality compassionate and person-centred care, whilst simultaneously driving quality initiatives and financial efficiency across the Directorate.
