Lead Mobile Developer

Robots & Pencils is seeking a Lead Mobile Developer to join a multi-disciplinary engineering team delivering a modern, unified digital experience platform for a large, multi-venue hospitality and entertainment organization. You will assist the Delivery Lead and the Tech Lead in coordinating the work across mobile teams.

This is a senior, hands‑on technical leadership role embedded in delivery. You will lead iOS and/or Android mobile development while contributing directly to implementation. The platform spans mobile, web, and kiosk experiences and integrates a complex ecosystem of legacy systems, third-party services, a headless CMS, customer data platform, and a scalable API and middleware layer built on MuleSoft.

This is a high‑visibility, enterprise‑scale program. Success requires strong mobile engineering fundamentals, comfort operating in cloud‑native environments, and a product mindset focused on quality, outcomes, and rapid iteration.
