Job Description
Take the lead in mill operations at Skeena Gold + Silver for the Eskay Creek project. This key role emphasizes operational readiness, safety compliance, and staff development in a diverse environment.
As the Mill Manager, you will report to the General Manager and oversee both operations and maintenance teams. Responsibilities include onboarding staff, establishing KPIs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure validation of operational procedures and documentation
• Support the recruitment and training of mill operations staff
• Develop key performance indicators for project performance
