Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer
to spearhead integration and customization projects within our global CRM delivery team across the Americas.

In this role, you will guide architectural choices, manage integrations, and mentor your team while upholding performance and security standards. Join us to leverage your expertise and ensure the success of CRM implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in delivering integration and customization solutions on Dynamics 365 for the acquired business unit
• Make architecture decisions for CRM workflows, custom entities, data models, and system integrations
• Manage CRM integration with external platforms such as SAP and Customer Portal
• Collaborate with the Global CRM Governance Team, including CEM Architect and Product Owner, to align roadmaps and implement best practices
