Lead Maths Teacher

Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious SEN Maths Lead Teacher to join a Specialist SEND/SEMH School in Congleton to work on a permanent basis starting in September 2026.

You’ll be joining an inclusive, nurturing, and supportive school focused on changing children’s lives for the better(cite: 1, 2). Using a specialised “Turning the Curve” model, the school supports pupils to overcome barriers to learning and build towards a positive new chapter.

This is an exciting role for a skilled educator to join a fantastic school to lead a subject department and support pupils in reaching their potential.

What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:

• Planning and delivering high-quality, engaging lessons across core subjects with a particular emphasis on Maths

• Supporting pupils’ academic and personal development through Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)

• Contributing to EHCP reviews and PEP meetings...
