Job Description

  • Primary Function: Manage inbound & outbound leads, build rapport with sellers, schedule appointments, and ensure smooth handoff to acquisitions team

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from potential sellers
  • Retrieve, input, and update lead data in CRM (Podio)
  • Schedule appointments for qualified leads
  • Conduct follow-ups for warm leads
  • Perform quality assurance calls to check on past interactions
  • Build strong rapport with sellers over the phone
  • Ask the right questions, listen actively, and identify seller motivation & urgency
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to the acquisitions team
  • Edify the company & acquisition manager to instill trust
