+ Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and laboratory equipment.
+ Operate and troubleshoot building automation, fire, and security systems.
+ Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using tools and technical diagrams.
+ Interpret schematics and blueprints for repairs and upgrades.
+ Coordinate with contractors and assist in project execution.
+ Ensure safety compliance and maintain organized work areas.
+ Participate in emergency response and on-call rotation duties.
