Lead Machine Builder

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Lead Machine Builder will be responsible for but are not limited to assembling, testing and troubleshooting various types of equipment. Installations of this equipment will also be required and some out of town work is expected.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise the build team daily to ensure safe work practices, quality output, and adherence to project timelines.
• Ensure all completed work complies with applicable industry standards and company requirements.
• Assemble a variety of machines by performing duties such as fitting, installation, and integration of parts.
• Set up and operate machines to verify functionality, capabilities, and conformance to specifications.
• Troubleshoot equipment by identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Test and inspect assembled machinery to detect defects or nonconformance.
