Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Verify order preparation and packaging;
  • Prepare internal transfers;
  • Prepare all shipments requested by company departments;
  • Prepare CofCs if applicable;
  • Prepare transport and customs documentation for our products;
  • Prepare transport and customs documentation for returning products needing repair;
  • Prepare purchase requisitions for consumables related to receiving, shipping, and stockroom;
  • Manage shipments in our ERP system;
  • Track equipment delivery for suppliers and clients;
  • Respond to shipping quotation requests;
  • Organize recurring returns;
  • Pack products for shipment;
  • Open work orders, manage materials, and close them;
  • Conduct cyclical inventory counts;
  • Perform receiving as needed;
  • Perform any other related tasks.
