Description 【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】 The Lead, Legal Employment and Litigation for Japan is responsible for heading up the Employment law function for API and corporate entities in Japan by providing practical, timely, strategic, and high quality legal advice and counsel to a broad spectrum of clients and, in collaboration with the Legal Lead of Employment for the Other Commercial Divisions, across the entirety of Astellas’ global enterprise. This is a highly strategic position and is accountable for managing the employment risks in Japan as well as supporting the Other Commercial Divisions. This position also provides legal support for commercial litigations, claims and internal compliance investigations arising in Japan.
