Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and execute end-to-end L&D strategy aligned with business and manufacturing excellence goals.
  • Design / implement Management Development programs for Leaders and coach People managers on People Management.
  • Responsible for designing and establishing Propel School of Excellence in instilling technical / functional skills pertaining to product, process, sales, service, Safety, Operations, leadership and general management topics in collaboration with Group CHRO and internal process champions.
  • Drive competency framework design, implementation, and assessment across roles.
  • Establish and manage DOJO-based learning models for shop floor skill enhancement and operator certification.
  • Lead Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for blue-collar, frontline supervisors, engineers, and leadership teams.
