Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled **Lead JavaScript Full Stack Developer** to join our dynamic team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and manage back-end services and APIs using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and bring creative solutions to the fore
- Monitor and improve front-end and back-end performance
- Conduct unit tests and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Knowledge of JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB
- Proficiency in understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks
- Competency in using version control tools such as Git
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes
