About the Role:

As a Lead Software Engineer, your responsibilities are to: 

● Collaborate with others efficiently and effectively to accomplish tasks on the desired timeline.

● Learn and apply new business and technical concepts quickly.

● Provide technical leadership to the team, ensuring design and architecture are aligned with the FindLaw strategy, standards, and best practices.

● Participate in all aspects of the agile process from story creation through release.

● Design, develop, test, and deliver application features that delight customers.

● Contribute non-functional requirements to projects to achieve long application health and stability.

● Understand and apply current secure development practices.

● Maintain an understanding of industry trends and use this knowledge to bring new innovative ideas to the group.
