Core Objective: To lead and manage the full
recruitment lifecycle for ITES and BPS business units, ensuring a steady flow
of qualified talent while maintaining high efficiency in the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Strategy: Develop and
    execute effective sourcing plans using job boards, social media, and
    professional networks to find candidates specifically for ITES and BPS roles.
  • End-to-End Hiring: Manage the
    entire recruitment process, from initial screening and interviewing to offer
    negotiation and final onboarding.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work
    closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific
    staffing needs and provide regular updates on the hiring pipeline.
