Lead Interventionist for SIPPS Programs

Drive structured literacy interventions as a Lead Interventionist for SIPPS at your local school. Collaborate with tutors and teachers to ensure effective program implementation and student support.

This role involves serving as the primary resource for the SIPPS program under the supervision of the Principal or another supervisor. You will teach and monitor lessons, support tutors, and ensure consistent execution of intervention strategies. Your contribution will be vital in bridging the district-level Certified SIPPS Coaches with classroom tutors to elevate educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main contact for tutors with questions
• Teach, observe, and monitor SIPPS lesson delivery
• Provide coaching and feedback to school-based tutors
• Help organize student groupings based on assessments
• Track and replenish SIPPS materials for the school
