Job Description:

This role is focused on execution oversight and delivery assurance. You will not configure payroll systems or run payrolls directly. Instead, you will ensure that payroll teams, local providers, and internal stakeholders complete all transition activities accurately, on time, and in line with agreed quality standards.

• Coordinate end-to-end payroll transitions from kick-off through go-live and handover;
• Track transition timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables for international payroll migrations;
