Lead Interior Space Planner

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative Interior Designer / Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential projects, strong design sensibility and knowledge of design software. You will be responsible for handling projects from concept to execution under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and translate them into design concepts.
• Prepare 3D views and material boards.
• Select materials, colors, finishes, and furnishings as per design theme.
• Visit sites for measurements, supervision, and quality checks.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Assist in budgeting, BOQ preparation, and project timelines.
