About the Role

As a Lead Architect, you’ll deliver a wide range of luxury residential projects under direction from the Partners & leading a supervisory team & working with other designers.

You will produce a full set of detailed design intent information including elevations, schedules (FF&E, Finishes, Ironmongery, Joinery etc.) and associated project documents and issuing them with clarity and organisation to the project team and the client where required.

Your creativity and use of design packages will enable you to carry out detailed and accurate drawing packages, in line with client brief and Designer guidelines. You will monitor project timelines with the Project Management team, and partner the Procurement team to ensure products are fully specified. You will also carry out site, supplier and warehouse visits and snagging reports.
