You will lead design, development, and modernization initiatives on the IBM Sterling Order
Management System platform supporting large-scale retail and logistics operations.

- Lead end-to-end design and development of solutions in IBM Sterling OMS v10.0
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for OMS implementations
- Drive enhancements, performance optimization, and system scalability
- Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables
