Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and apply local construction codes and client technical standards.
  • Prepare HVAC content for bids and presentations.
  • Define subcontractor scope, review technical submissions, and support tender clarifications.
  • Develop construction and installation plans, including shop drawings and material take-offs.
  • Create detailed work schedules and resource plans.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
