Job Description

The Lead HRIS Analyst will deliver compelling and integrated HR technology solutions and ensure alignment to Global HR Product and Portfolio Management standards and best practices. This role is a hands‑on, proven contributor with strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills, knowledge of the project tasks required to deliver solutions leveraging both in‑house resources and external vendor support. Act as the highest‑level internal consultant within HR technology and business groups by building and/or re‑engineering technical and business processes and tools for greater efficiencies with significant impact to the business.
