Job Purpose:
To lead and strengthen Human Resource processes by managing and implementing effective HR practices in defined areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, HR Analytics, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Mobility.
Responsibilities:
- Lead talent acquisition and onboarding efforts, including managing campus programs and building a strong entry-level talent pipeline.
- Oversee talent development initiatives to build critical capabilities and support employees growth.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and compliance
- Lead HR analytics by tracking workforce metrics and delivering insights that guide business decisions and talent decisions.
