We're Hiring: Lead Hand Fabricator/Welder

We are looking for a skilled welder/fitter who's ready to step up and lead — while still keeping your hands on the tools.

We're a custom fabrication shop in Milton taking on structural steel, industrial, and OEM work, and we need a working lead hand to guide a small crew, keep quality tight, and help us keep growing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small crew on the shop floor to guide fabrication and welding operations, while staying hands-on with work.
• Maintain high quality standards and help drive growth for the shop.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects meet blueprints and specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years fitting & welding (MIG/TIG/FCAW/SMAW) in a custom fab or structural shop
• CWB certification
• Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
