Responsibilities:
+ Delegating labourers to specific tasks
+ Taking the lead on specific labourer related tasks to ensure an efficient workflow
+ Load and unload vehicles with supplies, equipment and construction materials
+ Move tools, equipment, and construction materials to and from work areas
+ Operate hand and power tools
+ Clean up rubble and debris on a regular basis to ensure a safe and well maintained construction site
+ Move and level earth using shovels and rakes
+ Clean, lubricate, and refill tanks as instructed
+ Practice work place safety at all time
+ Perform other duties as required
