This role is a critical leadership position in the Architectural Sheet Metal division. You will assist the foreman in managing daily site operations while leading by example. Key skills include attention to detail, quality workmanship, mentoring new workers, and maintaining a strong safety culture.

Requirements:
• Experience in architectural sheet metal installation
• Previous leadership experience is an asset
• Journeyman or Red Seal certification preferred
