D&G Landscaping is hiring a Lead Hand Equipment Operator focused on commercial construction. Lead crew activities while expertly operating heavy machinery on various projects.
In this role, you will be vital to D&G Landscaping’s success, supporting projects through effective machinery operation. You will lead by example and help coordinate crew activities while performing skilled labor. Your hands-on experience will contribute to the safe and organized delivery of commercial landscaping tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate equipment such as mini excavators and skid steers
• Coordinate daily tasks with Site Supervisor and team
• Perform labor duties including moving materials and grading
• Utilize measuring tools for accurate site layout
• Conduct safety inspections of equipment and report concerns
